    GradeLink is our secure online platform that keeps parents connected to their child's academic progress. Through GradeLink, parents can easily access grades, attendance, and assignments ~ ensuring they stay informed and engaged in their child's educational journey.

    πŸŽ“End of Quarter Notice: All grades are due at the end of each quarter. Final report card grades will be available on GradeLink one week later. Parents who would like a printed copy of their child's report card may request one from their teacher via Class Dojo or email.

    Families are the heart of our school community! We invite you to explore our Family Volunteer Opportunities and find ways to share your time and talents with our students, staff, and parish. Whether you can help in the classroom, assist with events, or support our school in other ways, your involvement makes a difference.

    For the safety of all our students, all volunteers who interact with children are required to complete Safe Environment Training before participating in any activities involving students.

  • The Sacred Heart Vine: Parent-Led Service & Fellowship

    β€œI am the vine, you are the branches.” ~John 15:5
    At Sacred Heart Area School, we believe that families are an essential part of our Christ-centered mission. The Sacred Heart Vine is our official parent-led ministry, rooted in service, faith, and connection.

    This group helps nurture our school community by supporting events, building joyful fellowship, and living out Catholic virtues in partnership with school leadership.

    Participation in The Vine also fulfills a requirement of our Western Catholic Educational Association (WCEA) accreditation, which calls for active parent involvement in school life and leadership.

    What Does The Sacred Heart Vine Do?

    Members of The Vine work closely with the school to:

    Support and help organize school-wide events such as Coffee & Rolls in June, September, and December ~ and Open House, School Dances, Cookies & Cocoa at the Christmas Pageant, etc.

    Lead teacher and staff appreciation efforts

    Welcome new families and foster hospitality and connection

    Support fundraising and enrollment activities

    Promote a spirit of joyful stewardship and unity

    Member Responsibilities

    Families and Parishioners who serve on The Sacred Heart Vine are asked to:

    Attend planning meetings throughout the school year

    Volunteer at events or projects

    Support the school’s mission through a faithful and positive presence

    Live out Catholic virtues through service, kindness, and teamwork
