The Sacred Heart Area School Fundraising Committee is a volunteer-driven team committed to the long-term vitality of our school through faith-filled community events and fundraising initiatives. Guided by our Catholic mission and love for our students, the committee works closely with school leadership to plan events, secure donations, and steward resources that directly benefit our children’s education.

  • We welcome current and former SHAS parents, parishioners, alumni, staff, and community supporters who believe in the power of Catholic education and are willing to share their time, talents, and ideas.

  • Members commit approximately 3-5 hours per month, depending on event schedules and availability. Some fundraising events may require additional support during busy seasons. Updates are held monthly at the Advisory Council meetings with additional planning sessions as needed.

    • Help plan and host community-building events

    • Reach out to local businesses, donors, and sponsors

    • Assist with raffles, auctions, parish dinners, and more

    • Support grant writing and donor engagement

    • Ensure fundraising supports the mission and goals of SHAS
